Donnie Powell Earns National Recognition
SUMMERDALE, Pa. – Central Penn's men's soccer freshman standout Donnie Powell Earns USCAA Week 9 Division 2 National Player of the Week honors.
Coming off a shutout win against conference foe Williamson Trade where Powell had a hat trick and added one assist earning 7 points then in a 3-1 win against Penn State New Kensington scoring a goal and earning 2 points, Powell had solid back-to-back game outings.
Powell is the team leader in goals scored (12), tied for first in assist (3), and has 27 total points on the season as we head into the ESAC Conference Championship.
The Knights return to action Friday November 1st for the ESAC Conference Championship with kickoff starting at 6pm at Skyline Sports Complex.
